Refund policy

Return & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within **30 days of delivery**.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect (proof required).
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

Cancellations 
- Cancellations accepted within **1 hour of purchase**.  
- After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Damage & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within **2 days** if there are any defects, damage, or incorrect items.  
- We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/personalized products (such as special orders).  
- Sale items.

Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.  
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.  
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable if:  
- You weren’t at the address to receive your package,  
- You didn’t rearrange delivery,  
- Or you failed to collect from the postal service.  

- If your order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address:  
  - **Resend option**: You’ll need to pay delivery charges for redelivery.  
  - **Refund option**: A refund will be issued minus original delivery charges.
